They are billed with their signature and are biennial with annual renewal and locked costs.
In some cases onsite service is required as long as we have exhausted remote support. An authorized technician will come to your place for any difficult work by repairing any damage (as far as possible) or repairing any equipment. The charge is hourly and based on the company's pricelist. In maintenance contracts, this service is free of charge.
